The Alliance des cadres de l'État has been a partner of the Caisse Desjardins de l'Administration et des Services since 2017.
Financial support from the Caisse enables the Alliance to support its members in their career management.

Description
A not-for-profit organization, the Alliance brings together 3,600 Quebec government executives working in departments, public service agencies and Crown corporations.
On the one hand, it represents them collectively and individually for labour relations purposes by looking out for their interests and protecting their rights.
On the other hand, it helps them with career management, including through professional development activities and training, as well as a coaching services and mobility support.
