Karine Arbour appointed general manager of your Caisse

Caisse Desjardins de l'Administration et des Services publics and its board of directors are pleased to welcome Karine Arbour as the caisse's new general manager. She takes over from Martine Levasseur, who has been general manager of the caisse since July 2019.

Karine has a bachelor of business administration with a specialization in finance and is currently studying for an Executive MBA. She started working at Desjardins Group 21 years ago and has spent her entire career within the caisse network. She enjoyed great success in her role as market development manager from 2011 to 2023, before broadening her knowledge of group caisses over the past year as interim general manager of Caisse Desjardins du personnel municipal Québec.
 
Karine is known for her open-mindedness and curiosity, and values dialogue and discussion with people having different perspectives, which makes her an accessible and people-focused leader. She's enthusiastic about this new challenge and is looking forward to meeting you, our members and partners.
