Your Caisse is a proud partner of the Quebec Reference Center for Agriculture and Agri-food (CRAAQ)

The Caisse de l’Administration et des Services publics is pleased to support the Quebec Reference Center for Agriculture and Agri-food (CRAAQ) in its Patrimoine et terroirs project to promote its documentary heritage.

In collaboration with the Quebec Reference Center for Agriculture and Agri-food (CRAAQ), the Archives de la Côte-du-Sud (ACS) and Histoires de Gourmands (HdeG), this project aims to promote the documentary and archival heritage associated with our agrifood and culinary identity. The main themes will be the history of agriculture, fisheries and agrifood in the province of Quebec.

The Patrimoine et terroirs project will allow for an extended inventory of our documentary heritage. The project will also contribute to the dissemination of content on the Agri-Réseau website, highlighting and facilitating access to the CRAAQ and ACS collections and archives, and helping people discover their riches and meaningful documents.

The objectives of these two components are to enable players in the agrifood sector to set up a new centre of expertise to characterize our identity by combining the elements of “history, territory, product, know-how and artisans.”

This initiative fosters economic, cultural and tourism development by promoting agrifood entrepreneurship, preserving know-how and highlighting the agrifood and culinary identity of Quebec’s 22 tourism regions.
